Hi, I’m Kim, and I’m a recovering perfectionist.

For years, I tried to do everything to such unattainable standards that I lived in a constant state of exhaustion. Little rest, restrictive nutrition, and intense exercise routines led to hormonal imbalances and fatigue—a lifestyle that just wasn’t sustainable. Even when I did everything “right,” I still struggled to feel good. I needed to replenish and rebalance my body, and planning for pregnancy was the reality check to heal.

Then pregnancy—it brought the deepest and most intense fatigue that I’ve ever experienced.

This journey was humbling in ways I’d never expected, and I needed to prioritize my health to find my footing as a mom. Equal parts anxious and excited, I poured my efforts into preparing for postpartum.

Despite all the preparation, after having my son I often feared that I’d never feel like myself again. Physically, mentally, and emotionally drained; a fog hovered over my days and my inner perfectionist taunted me.

I knew what to do to feel better and adjust for this new phase of life, but it was hard.

Even armed with knowledge and awareness of what my body needs to thrive, some days I struggle. I don’t have the perfect diet. I like wine. I eat chocolate. I deal with stress (sometimes not well). It’s a big-picture kind of journey that doesn’t end with one tough day, but it’s hard to do this alone.

Through all of my experiences, the good and the bad and the downright tough seasons of postpartum, I realized that so many women—especially moms—wrongfully believe they can’t feel amazing again.

But the truth is:

We deserve to feel like ourselves, happy and vibrant in our bodies, to find a sense of home even when we’ve changed. You need to know that it’s possible, and I can guide you.

  • If you’re struggling with energy, hormonal, or digestive issues while trying to get pregnant, I want to help you find a solution and support your fertility.

  • If pregnancy is disrupting your body and mind in a way that no one warned you about, I want to help you lean into this exciting and positive time of your life.

  • If you’re challenged by postpartum, I want to help you regain your vitality and love yourself again.

Perfectionism has no place here.

I don’t believe in guilt or judgement, but in the beauty of individuality, empowerment, and growth. I’m all about real mom life, no matter how vulnerable and scary it can feel. By getting to the truth, you will start to feel better. Sharing our wins and struggles helps us connect. The goal is forward momentum, so you can flourish as a woman and a mom—two parts of you that coexist in harmony.

It’s time to dig yourself out of whatever hole you landed in, and you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to help.
